• Reserved rooms will be held until 6:00 PM on the arrival date unless guaranteed.
• Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Check-in time: 14:00 PM.

• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Deposit 50% on total room rate for guarantee reservation.
CHILDREN POLICY
• Accommodation: FOC for 2 children under 9 years old who stay with their parents.
• Breakfasts:
- surcharge 35.000 VND, FOC on breakfast for children under 3 years old.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All confirmed booking whether cancelled, Amended, Postponed, Delayed or similar will be treated as under the cancellation policy:
